Why do some items have a longer delivery time than others?
In order to offer our customers an even larger selection of branded goods, we have decided to offer some goods according to the on-demand principle. On-demand goods are articles that are not in stock, but will only be ordered from the manufacturer or supplier if requested by the customer.
The delivery time always depends on the manufacturer or supplier. You can find the delivery time for each individual article on the respective product detail page or in your order confirmation.

How fast is your order with you and how is it shipped?
Most of our articles are already delivered to you within 1-3 working days. If, however, you are shown a longer delivery time for an item, this means that we order it for you directly from our suppliers. For payment in advance, the delivery time from receipt of money on our account.
As soon as we have handed over your delivery to the parcel service, the logistics company is responsible for the duration. The tracking number allows you to track the location of your parcel.
DHL delivery times:
in GERMANY approx. 1-3 working days
in AUSTRIA approx. 3-4 working days
in SWITZERLAND approx. 3-7 working days
If you have several items in the shopping cart with different delivery times, the order is summarized and the entire order is shifted to the latest delivery time. Background is an environment-friendly company policy. Packaging material and double ways are avoided to keep the ecofootprint as low as possible.
Up to 2 delivery attempts will be made. If nobody can be found at your specified delivery address, the package will be stored at the nearest post office where it will be ready for collection within 7 working days.

Delivery to a Packstation is possible, the parcel can also be deposited at the post office if nobody can be found at the delivery address. The amount can then also be paid by EC card at the Packstation or at the post office.
Additional information: Deutsche Post/DHL charges an additional € 2,- on delivery of the parcel.
The shipping costs result from the weight of the order and will be calculated and displayed at the end of the order process. In advance you can see the costs in the table below.
In air freight, however, not only the weight of the goods but also the volume plays an important role, so that large-volume parts (e.g. large suitcases, surfboards, etc.) are valued with a higher weight. Therefore, the express shipping price for large-volume items cannot be calculated exactly in advance. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service, we will be happy to advise you.
Parcel delivery time
1-2 working days
2 delivery attempts are made. If there is nobody at the delivery address, DHL will leave a note to contact them. A re-delivery or alternative delivery address may be provided.
You can track the progress of your parcel at any time with the tracking number. Your parcel number and the corresponding link will be sent to you by e-mail on the evening of dispatch. But you can also find it in your user account under My orders

For further delivery time information please refer to the shipping information on the product detail pages: e.g. "Ready to ship: 7-8 business days" means that the item can be prepared for shipping in 7-8 business days. Afterwards the package will be shipped.
Prices increase depending on weight and volume:
Large-volume parts (e.g., surfboards, etc.) will be valued with a higher weight. Therefore an exact information of the articles is not possible also by DHL exactly.
