Wir möchten euch unsere drei unterschiedlichen Konstruktionsbauweisen etwas näher bringen.
Wir nutzen ein spezielles Vakuumverfahren zu Herstellung unsere Boards, kombiniert mit unserem Temperverfahren und der speziell entwickelten stringerless Bauweise entsteht unserer einzigartiger G-Flex.
Unsere Basalt VGX , Boost VGX und Kork VGX werden ausschließlich mit dem hochwertigem Eco Harz von Sicomin und den hochwertigsten Materialien hergestellt.
Die unterschiedlichen Bauweisen gehen mit unterschiedlichen Fahreigenschaften einher.
Die meisten Produkte kommen aus regionaler Herstellung, was uns sehr am Herzen liegt. Einen Blank um die halbe Welt zu schicken um daraus ein Surfboard herzustellen ist nicht wirklich umweltfreundlich und sinnvoll.

Wir von Surfganic Surfboards bieten euch vom High Performance Shortboard bis zum Longboard ein breites Spektrum unterschiedlicher Shapes.

In unserer Shortboard Range findest du alles, was im High Performance Sektor gefragt ist. Das verwendete Basaltgewebe, welches auch in Big Wave Boards eingesetzt wird, heben unsere Shortboards auf ein neues Level und

Unsere kleine aber feine Longboardrange bietet euch ein klassisches Longboard, einen reinen Noserider, ein turnfreundliches Log und ein sehr radikales Longbaord zum tuberiden, springen von Airs etc.

What is and can basalt tissue do?


Basalt fibres have unique chemical and mechanical properties. They offer higher strength and resistance than glass fibre, making basalt perfect for high quality surfboards. These fibres are already used in Big Wave surfboards and kiteboards. Less resin is required for processing, which also protects the environment. We can process one more layer of basalt fabric on the deck and still have a weight advantage over standard PU glass surfboards. This increases the quality of the boards and makes them much more stable. Basalt fabric is also much more environmentally friendly and sustainable than glass fabric. Basalt fabric is harmless to health during processing and in these respects glass fabric is a big step ahead. The processing of the fabric is very easy and can be draped very well. Basalt fabric is becoming more and more popular.

We only use high quality materials. The basis of our glazing is a basalt fabric, which is more environmentally friendly, more impact resistant than glass fabric and is perfectly suitable for surfboards.
We build our boards stringerless and construct a basalt frame around the rails.
This process gives your surfboard an incredible flex to torsion which catapults you out of the bottom of the wave at top speed after the bottom turn.
The vacuum process we use gives the board extra stability and together with our tempering process gets the maximum out of the fabric and our Eco Epoxy resin.
The extremely lightweight boards are very skaty to surf and show their full performance in the beachbreaks of this earth.
The dark brown colour is determined by the material.

What is and can VGX Boost Technology do?

We have made it our business to exclusively process high-quality, regional, environmentally friendly and sustainable products. The basis of our glazing is a PU fabric in combination with glass fabric. The Innegra we use absorbs 50% less resin, is easy to recycle and extremely impact resistant.
You can hammer it hard with a hammer without making a hole.
The overall properties are far superior to those of the other materials used in surfboard construction.
The thin but extremely durable coating with this fabric creates an incredible flex that shoots you out of your pocket at top speed.

The flex on torsion, the carbon rails, the supernatural flex of the inner grass, the special vacuum process and our stringerless technology give these boards an indescribable performance.
This construction is ultra robust and lightweight.
The vacuum process we use gives the board additional stability and, together with our tempering process, gets the most out of the fabric and our Eco Epoxy resin.
Our Boost VGX technology offers high performance in all conditions and can be seen with a clear conscience as a high-end solution in small to large waves.

What is and can the VGX cork technology do?

We have made it our business to exclusively process high-quality, regional, environmentally friendly and sustainable products. The basis of our glazing is a basalt fabric combined on deck with cork and carbon rails. Basalt fabric is more environmentally friendly than normal glass fabric. Cork is a natural product, binds more C02 during growth than is released during processing and is therefore C02 neutral.
The natural grip of the cork combined with our specially developed processing method gives our cork boards a great natural grip without you having to grow your board. If you like it very sticky, you can also apply Surfwax to the cork.
The flex on torsion, the carbon rails, the damping properties of the cork and our stringerless technology give our cork surfboards an indescribable performance.
This construction is very robust and light.
The vacuum process we use gives the board additional stability and gets the most out of the materials used and our Eco Epoxy resin.
This construction is perfect for retro shapes and short boards, which give the board the right smoothness from a wave height of 1.80 m. The board is made of a high quality epoxy resin. The extra weight conects you better with the wave and gives you the safety at high speed.

Our longboards are manufactured in the VGX cork process. 600g basalt fabric is processed on the deck and then refined with high-quality cork from sustainable cultivation. On the underwater hull we process 400 g basalt fabric. The rails are coated with carbon and replace the stringer. The rails are very stable, several layers of basalt fabric + carbon fabric also set new standards here. The vacuum process, which we use, gives the board additional stability and together with our tempering process gets the maximum out of the fabric and our Eco Epoxy resin. Our boards are handmade in Germany.

What is and can linen fabric do?

Our selection of high quality materials is an important aspect for our success.  The basis of our glazing is a glass fabric combined with linen fabric, which is more environmentally friendly than the old traditional surfboard construction methods.
Linen fabric is a natural product and a renewable resource.
Our boards up to 8ft length are glassed on the deck with 1 x 6 oz glass fabric and 1 x 7 oz linen fabric. On the underwater hull there is 1 x 7 oz linen fabric and 4 oz glass fabric. We build our boards stringerless and construct a frame of linen and glass fabric around the rails.
This process gives your surfboard an incredible flex on torsion, which catapults you out of the bottom of the wave after the bottom turn at high speed. The vacuum process we use gives the board extra stability and together with our tempering process gets the maximum out of the fabric and our Eco Epoxy resin.

What is and can VGX Wood technology do?

The selection of our materials is based on quality, sustainability and environmental protection. The basis of our glazing is a glass fabric combined on the deck with veneer wood. Wood is a natural product that binds a lot of C02 during production.
This technology is produced with the sandwich construction in a vacuum process and is very robust and light.
The flex to torsion by the carbon rails and our stringerless technology, give these boards a good performance with very good durability.
The Eco Resin System is an environmentally friendly epoxy resin which is specially produced for surfboard construction.
This is our Soul Surfer Edition.

Our longboards are made in this process. They are processed on the deck with 3 x 200g basalt fabric and then refined with high-quality veneer wood from sustainable cultivation. On the underwater hull it is 2 x 200 g basalt fabric and the high-quality veneer wood. The rails are coated with carbon and replace the stringer. The rails are designed very stable, several layers of basalt fabric + carbon fabric also set new standards here. The vacuum process, which we use, gives the board additional stability and together with our tempering process gets the maximum out of the fabric and our Eco Epoxy resin. Our boards are handmade in Germany.
Our Wood VGX variant and the Cork VGX variant are by far the most durable methods.

What is and can VGX Carbon Technology do?

For this technology we use only the very best materials. The basis of our glazing is a high-quality carbon fabric combined with the vacuum process.
The vacuum process gets the maximum out of the high-performance material carbon and our eco resin.
Through this construction we achieve ultra light and at the same time stable surfboards for the absolute high-performance sector.
The flex on torsion by the extra carbon frame at the rails and our stringerless technology give these boards a high-end performance with at the same time very good durability.
Normally carbon makes a surfboard very stiff and robs the surfboard of its flex. Through our special process and the special selection of the material we achieve a good durability and a super flex in the board.
This is our high-end solution.
